If you find that the bike is not going far enough for your needs it is always possible to buy or rent an additional battery which you can keep on charge while you are working.
If there’s any mechanical issue with your bike which isn’t caused by misuse then we pay for recovery to our premises and we will try our best to get you back on the road as quickly as possible and certainly within 48 hours.

It takes around 7 hours to charge the battery fully from flat though you will charge to 80% in a much shorter time.
